How to make a loan payment?
You can make a loan payment by visiting the branch or through milliön and emanat terminals.

How to receive the allocated loan amount?
The allocated loan amount is transferred to the plastic card provided to the customer within 24 hours.

How can I get the collateral after the credit line is closed?
When the credit line is closed, you must apply at the relevant branch with a request for the return of the collateral. When the collateral is ready for handover, the customer will be notified by phone.

Why is the collateral returned within 14-21 working days?
Guided by customer satisfaction, when concluding the contract we guarantee the preservation of the collateral and its return in its original condition. For this reason, the collateral is kept under special supervision. Since extracting and checking the collateral requires a certain amount of time, the standard period of 14-21 working days has been established.
